I was born in Buyogo, Ng'hungumalwa, Kwimba, in the Mwanza region of Tanzania. Growing up, I lived in several places, including Mwabagole in Kwimba, Katunguru in Sengerema, Bukoba in Kagera, Buzinza in Shinyanga, Bariadi, and Dar es Salaam especially for my college life, after high school.
My education began in Mwanza region, where I attended several primary schools from 1992 to 2000 (Mwabagole Kwimba, Bugalama-Katunguru and Juma Kisiwani in Sengerema), followed by secondary school life, starting in Mwadui folowed by Ihungo in Bukoba and then Shinyanga from 2000 to 2005. I joined high school in 2006 at Sengerema secondary school in Mwanza and I completed 2008. After that, I went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Civil & Structural Engineering at the University of Dar es Salaam in 2008 and completed in 2012. I furthered my studies with a Master’s degree in Civil Engneering in Tennessee, USA, and completed in 2015. I later (the following year) enrolled in a PhD program, Structural Engineering, in Nairobi, Kenya 2016. After that I was further admitted at Montana State University, USA, for a PhD program in Civil-Structural Engineering where I graduated in 2023.
My journey has not been easy; it has been filled with challenges. However, I persevered and achieved my goals.
I have worked at the University of Dar es Salaam as a lecturer and held positions in various construction firms in Tanzania as a Structural Engineer. Currently, I am working in the United States of America with Jacobs Engineering Group Inc as a Bridge|Structural Design Engineer.
Beyond my professional life, I am a son, brother, husband, father, mentor, and friend to many, just to mention a few.

In my spare time, I enjoy a variety of activities that enrich my life. Reading books allows me to explore new ideas and perspectives, while watching investigative documentaries provides insights into the world around us. I have a particular interest in heavy machine operations documentaries, as they fascinate me with their complexity and ingenuity.Sports also play a significant role in my life; I enjoy watching soccer and basketball, as well as playing soccer myself. Most importantly, I cherish the time spent with my family, creating lasting memories with my wife and children. I am fluent in both English and Kiswahili, my mother tongue, which allows me to connect with diverse communities and share my mission of empowerment and education.

I began my academic pursuits at the University of Dar es Salaam, where I earned my Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
